Alexion is a pharmaceutical company that manufactures the only FDA-approved treatment for lysosomal acid lipase deficiency (LAL-D), a rare disease caused by an enzyme deficiency that affects the liver and spleen. Kanuma is the branded name of Alexion's enzyme replacement therapy used for treating LAL-D.
Manifest in Chicago tasked me with designing a responsive website that provided a wealth of relevant information regarding Kanuma and LAL-D. The goal was to create a simple, easy-to-navigate resource for both doctors and patients affected by this rare disease.
